While the service I received and the quality of care was exceptional. My doctor was two hours late and I was one of the first patients with an 8 o’clock appointment. My doctor showed up at 10 AM. I am an anesthesia provider at another hospital and my time is very valuable as I was, granted to come into work late to allow for this appointment.

6 years ago I had a severe heart attack. I had better than a 80% chance I wouldn’t survive any type surgery and 100% that with out it I would die. Dr Ahmed installed a Mitraclip on my heart while I was on a ECMO. Before it was approved by the FDA. Now, I live a normal life.

Dr Ahmed was wonderful,very knowledgeable ,his level of expertise is spendid.I would recommend him and the hospital to anyone and everyone.Thank you Dr Ahmed.

Check in desk clerk seemed to be in-training which was fine but was unable to answer why my echocardiogram was over an hour late when I asked if I'd been forgotten. But ended up they were Just running behind schedule but desk clerk was unaware of back log. The rest of my experience was a 10!! I've recommended several family members to this clinic and all have been very happy!

The wait time was a bit long (my appointment was at 11; I saw Dr Ahmed at 1:30) but I would rather wait a longer time for excellent care than the opposite.
