Great experience. Doctor was very thorough. Was not rushed.

The dietitian was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! All other staff except the physician were great as well. I felt as if the physician did not care. I need medical weight loss to obtain a kidney transplant. I have lost some weight naturally and need medical help. I asked about medication and she informed me that my Medicare won't pay and for ME to call my prescription drug provider and ME ask what they covered. I feel as if she or someone on her staff should do that. Also, this is MEDICALLY NECESSARY and feel that she could have written orders up in such a way that I'd be covered and she DID NOT. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed in UAB weight loss.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. I love Dr Abdulhadi. She explained everything and I have a lot of confidence in her. The staff at the check in desk were nice and Pt was interesting. I am glad that I have a referral for Pt.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. Appointment time was kept and waiting time was short.

Dr didn’t listen then prescribed medication unavailable to be filled. Therefore offering no real help for my situation. Perhaps with more age/life experience she will learn that older patients face different/real issues with diet and weight management than she has personally experienced.

great service, awesome people, and thorough physician/s. Only complaint is the distance you have to go to get in the building/get from one department to another. I do know it is a big facility but it is hard to traverse the space for me.

Acted like they didn’t know why I was there and wouldn’t listen to what I was telling them.

I was late due to traffic and called and expected to be there much longer. The staff was very friendly and upon taking my blood sugar offered me juice because it was low. I was treated with exceptional kindness and from start to finish I feel I received knowledgeable medical care. Each person I encountered was above exceptional in the area of their field. Thank you.

The Dr and the staff were very nice helpful. I ran late for my appointment, but they made sure it was not a problem and the worked me in. I was so happy that I did not have to reschedule.
