9th Annual Thanksgiving Fundraiser

We have a great line up of classes for our annual Thanksgiving Fundraiser this year:

8:30 am – Open Pilates Mat with Jodi

9:15 am – Total Body Boot Camp with Cheryl

10:00 am – Open Flow Yoga with Angela

You can come for all of the classes or choose to drop in for one or two of them. 

 In the spirit of the holday, there is no charge for the classes but we are asking for donations in the form of goods to benefit the Crisis Nursery of Greater Rochester, a not for profit organization dedicated to embracing children and families in times of crisis.

 Non-perishable food items needed include: oatmeal, Cheerios, Corn Flakes, peanut butter, jelly, pancake mix, juice (large bottles and juice boxes), pasta, canned fruit and vegetables, Jello, rice, pudding, canned soup, cake mixes, tuna fish, Mac and Cheese, Spaghetti-O’s, Hamburger Helper, etc.  In additon, the Crisis Nursery is always in need of Diapers (Size 4 and above) and baby wipes.  Pilates Plus will start accepting donations for these non-perishable items on November 14.
