Introducing Pilates Plus University

Pilates Plus is starting a new training program, Pilates Plus University.  This will be a series of structured Pilates training courses and will take participants from level one mat certification all the way to full apparatus training if desired.  You can choose to do one level or all levels of training.  Our inaugural training class will be starting on November 15 from 11 am – 2 pm and will consist of 2 workshops (the second class will be help on December 6) to take you through the ins and outs of level 1 mat instruction, after which observation hours and practice teaching are required.  If you or anyone you know is interested in this training, please call the studio to find out more.  This is a great opportunity for you to start a new path for yourself if you are looking to make a career change or a great way to take on a second income. 

 

New Addition

We are very excited to announce the addition of another new staff member.  Brenda Meritt has joined our team as an esthetician and will be working closely with Amanda to offer you the best facials and waxing in town.  Brenda is a graduate of the Continental School of Beauty and has been working as an esthetician for over 2 years.  Brenda is now booking appointments for facials and waxing.  As a special introduction, you will receive $5 off your first facial with Brenda if you come in to see her between now and December 15th. 

 

So Low Yoga Pants

US Weekly magazine’s October 20 issue features a ruffled roll down pair of So Low Yoga pants, the very same ones that we have in the studio.  These pants can be seen on TV as worn by members of the show “The Hills” and they are a must have, not only because they are comfortable but because they are super cute.  If you haven’t tried on a pair today you can come to the studio and try on So Low pants in many different colors and styles.

 

Football and Pilates

Tune in to Channel 8 tomorrow at 6:20 am to hear about why the Buffalo Bills do Pilates and how Pilates is beneficial to football players.
